Now, we're a small business that has been up and operating for nearly 20 years, serving up the best Central American cuisine. All of our recipes - from soups and seafood to tacos and pupusas - have been passed down through the generations, culminating in our dream of opening a restaurant and finally becoming a reality here in Washington, Washington, D.C.
